The Rock Valley Rotary Senior Companion
Program
...serving with compassion, caring as friends
|
Benefits
Income eligible Senior Companions receive a modest tax-free stipend to
offset the cost of volunteering. In addition, the program provides
transportation assistance, paid vacation and sick days, a meal if
feasible, accident and liability insurance while on duty, annual
physical examination, pre-service training and ongoing training. Senior Companions find that by helping others, they also live a much
better life.
